E' un programma che permette la creazione di un database di sentenze. E' molto utile, ben fatto, peccato che non sia adattato per il sistema giuridico italiano o europeo in generale.
Il programma, una volta scaricato da http://www.quantum-meruit.com/ si installerà e si aprirà questa finestra che vi spiega lo scopo del programma.
Successivamente vi chiederà di creare un datafile...
In seguito vi informa sul periodo di prova.
Ora si aprirà il programma vero e proprio e si può inserire il Titolo della sentenza, citazione, anno, ecc.
Il box piccolo invece serve per creare nuove registrazioni.
Past Efforts
You can use Past Efforts to create databases of your court decisions, information about the decision, and text of the decision. You can mark it up with key issues and matters from lists you create. You can create virtual folders in which to save groups of decisions.
Summary and Notes fields allow you to save a summary of the case, and to save your analysis for reuse.
You can search for decisions several different ways. You can retrieve all decisions associated to a particular court, key issue, law, or matter with a simple double-click. You can quickly search for a decision by caption or by text, and use regular expressions. You can define complex searches, and save them for reuse.
