Da oggi é disponibile presso il sito di Poste Italiane (www.poste.it) il servizio di raccomandate on-line.
Si può usufruire del servizio inserendo il testo della raccomendata in due modi:
scrivendo direttamente online mentre si è collegati al sito (lunghezza massima: 2 pagine in formato A4), allegando un file già preparato e memorizzato sul computer (lunghezza massima: 18 pagine in formato A4).
Il file può essere in formato doc, txt, tif, xls o jpg e avere una dimensione massima di 3 MB.
Per gli utenti Windows é possibile utilizzare un plug-in per Office. Ritengo che tale limitazione, al giorno d'oggi, sia antiquata e riduttiva. Comunque per la piattaforma Mac é possibile usufruire del servizio tramite il sistema tradizionale.
E' possibile pagare il servizio con carta di credito Visa e Mastercard.
La raccomandata on-line ha lo stesso valore legale di una raccomandata tradizionale.
