La notizia circola da alcune settimane, ma oggi é stata rilasciata un'intervista a Punto Informatico.
Questo consentirà una migliore interoperabilità tra sistemi operativi differenti e tra programmi quali OpenOffice e lo stesso Pages della Apple.
La speranza é che lo standard xml non venga modificato e reso standard Microsoft di fatto.
